Overview
Vince is an Ohio-based electrician whose family is in a desperate situation. Being the good son that he is, Vince wants to do whatever he can to secure financial backing that will allow his father to go through with life-saving surgeries. Unfortunately, he just does not make enough money himself to provide more than a drop in the bucket, and time is getting extremely short. Then one day, Vince overhears a man discussing a money-making opportunity. When the man dies suddenly, he takes his cell phone and uses it to find an underground lair where rich people have set up a complicated game of roulette in which each contestant is assigned a number. Whoever lasts longest will take home the prize; he is number 13.
