Overview
George Caldwell takes a relaxing train ride from Los Angeles to attend his sister's wedding in Chicago. The Silver Streak is the name of the train headed to Chicago. George has too much to drink when he notices a dead body hanging outside his window. While thinking he was imagining it, the body falls out of sight. His companion Hilly doesn't believe him since he is drunk. The rest of the movie involves trying to get people to believe he witnessed a dead body falling off the train. The local sheriff has George arrested when he hears his story but he escapes. The movie is action-packed with several shootouts and adventures along the way. George and Hilly go after the bad guys and encounter a lot of challenges.
