Overview
The musical adaptation of the classic Christmas story features the Muppets interacting with the grump miser Ebenezer Scrooge. After forcing his clerk to work in a freezing office on Christmas Eve, Scrooge retires home for the evening. While dining alone, he is told by the ghost of his old business partner that he will be visited by three ghosts in an attempt to rid him of his sins. His business partner, known as Marley, shows him that in the afterlife, you carry the chains as a punishment for your misdeeds towards others, and that Scrooges are enormous. Scrooge pretends he simply dreamed the encounter, but when he retires for the evening, he is indeed met by three separate ghosts.
