Overview
Nick Chen is the first Chinese immigrant to join the New York City police force. A turf war breaks out in Chinatown between the triads and a new group, the Fukanese Dragons, who are not only criminals, but illegal aliens as well. Chen goes undercover in Chinatown with the help of former Hong Kong police officer Danny Wallace. When the Dragons blatantly try to bribe Wallace, Chen must find a way to keep his partner faithful to the police force and keep the gang war from destroying Chinatown.
