Overview
Rookie female police officer Megan Turner shoots and kills an armed assailant at a grocery store holdup. During the event, a psychopathic bystander steals the the robber's gun and develops an obsession with Turner, who is subsequently accused of murdering an unarmed man. Turner must struggle to defend her actions while avoiding increasing hostility from the infatuated psychopath. In an effort to garner her attention, the madman commits murder after murder with the very gun that could clear her name.
