An ex-police officer, Edwina McDunnough, and a hold up man H.I. McDunnough marry after they meet at the police station when Edwina takes H.I.'s mugshot. They desperately want a child to become an all-American family. Unfortunately, they find that Edwina is unable to have children. They then devise a plot to steal one of the four quintuplets that were born recently to a successful businessman. While successful in taking the baby, they are not so successful at keeping it a secret. They must go on the run to avoid numerous people who want the baby for their own gain, including co-workers, friends, and a very determined bounty hunter. |
