Overview
Borg vs McEnroe explores the 1980 iconic Wimbledon men's finals match between the abrasive but highly-talented John McEnroe and the disciplined, ice-cool Swede Bjorn Borg. Both men are at the top of their game, and the only thing standing in the way of Borg winning his fifth straight final is McEnroe. The movie alternates between the past and present, revealing the frailties and temperament of both players. As the big day arrives, the nerves and psyche of both men have been frayed, but the match still delivers as one for the ages.
