Overview
Scamp is a young scallywag who takes after his father, Tramp. While his sisters are well-behaved and demure, Scamp is constantly getting into trouble, and he is sick and tired of having to live in a house where he must abide by so many rules. After one particularly bad experience, he decides that the time has come to run away. Unaware of how desperately his family is looking for him, Scamp takes up with a gang of junkyard dogs. One of these dogs is a female pup named Angel. She has grown up on the streets, but she longs for a home of her own. As Scamp comes to realize the dangers of street life, he wonders if he can bring her home with him.
