Overview
New York City seems like a magical place, especially during the holidays. On New Year’s Eve, a group of seemingly unconnected people experience the end of the year in different ways. A young girl worries over having no one to kiss at midnight while a former records executive frantically rushes to fulfill her previous resolutions before the time runs out. In another area of town, a terminal cancer patient longs to see one more year before he succumbs to death. So many worries and problems surround these New Yorkers, and they wonder if the new year will be a little bit better.
