Overview
Dylan Ramsey is madly in love with his next door neighbor Ginger, but she acts as though he doesn't even exist. So Ramsey hatches a plot that he is sure will make him a hero in her eyes. He kidnaps her dog so that he can be the hero who helps her find her best friend. The plan starts out as a success for Ramsey, but it becomes complicated when he discovers that the dog has hidden Dylan's best friend's diamond ring.
