Overview
The crime-solving team from the legendary cartoon is being honored at the opening of a new museum. But while at the museum, a mysterious masked bad guy shows up and begins creating havoc. The bad guy steals costumes from many of the previous villains the gang has capture-d. The gang must solve the mystery of who is terrorizing them, while also proving to a meddling TV reporter that they are actually good at their jobs, rather than incompetent.
