Overview
Frank Williams is a one-armed former cop who is now working at the detention center. Williams lost his arm four years earlier while battling a serial killer who tears out the eyes of his victims. Now Williams is in charge of a group of detention center inmates sent to clean out an abandoned hotel in order to turn it into a homeless shelter. What the group doesn't realize is that the killer who took Williams' arm, Jacob Goodnight, is holed up in the hotel. As Goodnight begins to pick off his victims one by one, his past and present become intertwined.
