Overview
Teenaged Jenny is often embarrassed by her mother Stella. Stella lacks sophistication, sense of style, and often shows very little decorum when in public. Although Stella knows that Jenny frequently dislikes being seen with Stella in public, Stella would do anything to make her child happy and safe. When Jenny’s father tries offering the two women financial assistance, Stella turns it away. When painful circumstances arise, Stella must decide what is best for her child regardless of how much pain it might cause.
