Overview
When a British spy ship suddenly sinks, Agent James Bong is sent to retrieve the ATAC communication system from the wreckage. If this device falls into the wrong hands, they will have unlimited control over nuclear submarines and thus, would have potential to take over the world. Along the way, he meets up with the beautiful Melina who is in mourning, and the suspicious Colombo and Kristatos. Bond soon suspects that one of these three have already apprehended the ATAC, and his is forced to discover which it might be.
