Overview
World War I was a dangerous place. This couldn't have been truer for the girls coming of age. Vera Brittain leaves her studies to become a war nurse after her brother, fiance, and friends are sent to fight in the war - on the front line. She must overcome the darkness of the war time and find where her heart truly lies. Can she do it, or will she loose as much - possibly even more - than the soldiers fighting and dying?
