Overview
Ted Morgan is a man who feels that life has failed him. He blames his past for his current failures, so before committing suicide he decides to go back to his hometown to confront his demons. These include an old elementary school teacher, a bully who used to terrorize him, and an old girlfriend. As he interacts with these people and comes to understand they have their own issues, memories, and shattered dreams, his plans to end his life become full of complications and entanglements.
