Overview
Garrison New Jersey has more than its fair share of residents in the New York City Police Department. Unfortunately, corruption runs rampant among them, and when the nephew of powerful police Lt. Ray Donlan is involved in a bad shooting that leaves two innocent black teens dead, the corrupt brotherhood comes together to cover things up. Partially deaf and disrespected Sheriff Freddy Heflin of Garrison, who has numerous friends involved in the corruption, is pulled into the affair as the plot thickens, and fearful corrupt cops begin to plot damage control. Realizing the extent of the corruption, Freddy realizes he has to take action to set things right.
