Overview
When a young female Army officer, who is also the daughter of a powerful General, is found murdered in grisly fashion on an Army training field, an army criminal investigator and his ex-girlfriend must figure out what happened. The case looks straightforward at first, but begins to take some bizarre twists as they dig deeper and deeper into the young woman's history and personal life. Her best friend is also found murdered in what was made to look like a suicide attempt in order to keep the investigators off the trail of the real story. Eventually, they find a deeper conspiracy that implicates many people, including the General himself.
