Overview
Ray Quick is a retired CIA explosives specialist who lives in Miami, Florida. He is approached by May Munro, a woman who wants Ray to kill the three men responsible for murdering her parents. Ray agrees to the plan and uses his skills to kill each of the men. However, it turns out that one of the men killed is Tomas Leon, the son of Miami mobster Joe Leon. Joe hires ex-CIA agent Ned Trent to find the man responsible for the death of his son and his two associates. In the meantime, Ray starts to suspect that May might have set him up for Ned's plan of revenge.
