Overview
Tintin and his remarkable dog, Snowy, find themselves in a whirlwind adventure after purchasing a model ship that has captured the attention of avid collector, Mr. Sakharine. Upon refusing to sell the ship to Sakharine, Tintin becomes the target of kidnapping and attempted murder. As they make their way to Morocco on an antiquated cargo ship, Tintin and Snowy befriend the ship’s captain, Haddock. As their adventures bring them closer to the mystery of the model ship, Tintin discovers that Haddock and Sakharine’s ancestors share a shady past, where Sakharine’s ancestor attempted to steal the Haddock treasure. Haddock’s relative managed to secure the location of the treasure in three separate scrolls, in which Haddock and Sakharine each have one. Tintin, Snowy, and Haddock must ward off Sakharine’s efforts to obtain the final scroll, and fulfill the prophesy that will bring the treasure to its rightful owner.
