Overview
While taking a cruise vacation around the Hawaiian Islands, the feisty Alvin, Simon and Theodore and their female companions the Chipettes find themselves quite accidentally overboard and end up marooned on what seems to be a deserted island. They quickly discover that living in this paradise is not going to be as easy as it seems. As Dave searches high and low for his friends, chaos ensues for the chipmunks as Simon transforms into a French romantic due to a spider bite, they meet a crazy castaway named Zoe, and learn of the possible existence of an island treasure.
