Overview
A man named Evan Baxter is elected to Congress. Things seem to be going well at his new job until one day, he hears the voice of God command him to build an ark. He initially ignores the command, but keeps being sent messages, including tools sent to his house, and growing a long beard that show him he must build the ark. The rest of the world is very skeptical, and thinks Evan is crazy, but Evan gets the last laugh when a great flood actually does hit Washington D.C. on the day he predicted.
