Overview
Talented news producer Jane Craig sometimes has a hard time dealing with the pressures of a daily newscast. Her friendship with reporter Aaron Altman helps her along. Altman is a terrific reporter and writer who hopes that one day he will be able to deliver the news on air. He also harbors secret hopes that one day Jane might return his romantic feelings. In the meantime, Jane falls for Tom Grunick, a handsome news anchor who used to be a sportscaster. Grunick is as intellectually vapid as he is handsome, and Jane is infuriated with herself for having feelings for him. Will Jane make the right choices for the news and for her own heart?
