Overview
A long-standing but minor CIA employee is fired from his job, prompting him to write his memoirs. When two feckless gym employees discover his unfinished manuscript, they mistake it for important government secrets, and attempt to extort and blackmail various parties into paying them big bucks to recover it. As the cast of quirky and conniving characters continues to let their worst nature get the better of them, plans go awry and they find themselves trapped in not so much a web of intrigue, but a sticky mess of greed, stupidity and miscommunication.
