Trailer | Overview In the comedic drama "Big Daddy," Adam Sandler plays idle law school graduate Sonny Koufax, who spends his time doing nothing all day long. His girlfriend Layla becomes exasperated with his lack of ambition and leaves him, and in an effort to win her back, he begins looking after a lively 5-year-old nicknamed Frankenstein (Dylan and Cole Sprouse). Though the movie has some crude humor thanks to this young man stuck in a perpetual adolescence, it also has a great deal of heart. Taking on the responsibility of a child gives him a new perspective, making him less self-involved, though it is a difficult process as Sonny is the one who has a lot of growing up to do. |
