Overview
Joey Tai uses violent tactics to successfully rise to the top of New York City's Chinese mafia. He also becomes the local Chinese population's uncontested leader. However, a brutal conflict ensues when a racist Vietnam veteran is selected to oversee the Chinatown district. The determined policeman aims to crush the Chinese mafia and bring the area under full control. With little interest in compromise or concern for rules, the two men engage in a no-holds barred battle for dominance.
