This is a modern twist on the classic 1959 Disney film with the same name. Khyi Yang Po is a sacred dog stolen from a monastery by an evil geneticist. He escapes from a lab where they are doing genetic tests on him. In an odd turn of events, the dog bites lawyer Dave Douglas, who soon exhibits canine signs and as symptoms progress, actually takes on the form of Khyi Yang Po. He shape shifts back and forth, learning things about his family, who speaks freely in front of him when they think he is a dog. He also learns of the greedy motives of Dr. Kozak, the geneticist, and attempts to uncover the truth about what is happening in the lab. |
