Overview
A group of disgruntled ex-US military officers takes over Alcatraz Island, along with a number of hostages. The group as a number of biochemical weapons that they are threatening to launch on downtown San Francisco if their demands are not met. A biochemical specialist is called in by the FBI to infiltrate the island and find a way to disarm the weapons. With the help of a guide to navigate around the island, the FBI specialist is able to free the hostages and disarm the weapons before disaster strikes the city.
