In the musical production, "Standing Ovation," five friends from middle school band together to compete in a national contest. In their quest to produce the winning music video, they form a group, The Five Ovations. They endure triumphs and tribulations along the way on their quest for success as a singing sensation. One of their greatest challenges lies in their enemies in competition, The Wiggies. The rival group, comprised of five sisters, does everything possible to destroy the Five Ovations' chances at taking home one million dollars in winnings. Only time will tell if good will defeat evil and if all is fair in songs and war when it comes to the music world. |
