Overview
Howard is an alien duck that looks like a cross between an Earth duck and a human. He can walk and he can talk. He can also sing and play the guitar. Howard was brought to Earth as part of an experiment that was designed to communicate with life in outer space. Instead of communicating with life on other planets, the experiment wound up transporting life from other planets to Earth. A group of humans try to shield Howard from the government and a girl named Beverly even falls in love with Howard. But Howard was not the only alien transported to Earth and he has to find a way to defeat the evil alien before it destroys the world.
