Overview
A Hong Kong cop, Ma Hon Keung, is visiting New York City to attend Uncle Bill's wedding. Bill is marrying Whitney and has just sold his supermarket to Elaine. Bill is loaned a snazzy vintage car for his wedding. A rowdy motorcycle gang almost damages the car but are stopped in time by Keung. A rivalry between Keung and the gang erupts in violence. Keung unknowingly gets tangled up in a diamond heist and meets a model named Nancy. Gang leader, White Tiger, goes looking for the diamonds while threatening Nancy and her biker friends. Keung agrees to help Nancy and the bikers fight White Tiger. Keung pursues the White Tiger gang through the streets of New York. He is determined to squash his syndicate.
