Rob Roy is a man who lives in the highlands of Scotland during the 1700’s. His town is in a terrible state of being and the people within are not doing well, so he decides that he is going to attempt to lead them into a brighter future and better way of life by stealing from the nobility of the area. He at first only steals their cattle in order to sell them at the market, but after he discovers that his money has been stolen, he is forced into a different course of action then he first anticipated. Not only does he still have the welfare of his town to think of, but he must also defend his honor, family, and life from those would destroy his them for their own selfish gain. |
