Overview
Henry Turner's opponents in the courtroom know him as a fierce, ruthless lawyer, capable of tearing apart anyone who takes the witness stand. When he is caught in the crosshairs during a robbery, he gets shot in the head and suffers significant brain damage. He survives but not without memory loss, speech difficulty and impaired ability to even walk. Helped by his loving wife Sarah and his daughter Rachel, Henry learns to walk, talk and cope with a family life that he little remembers. To Sarah and Rachel's delight, the healing Henry speaks with a new-found gentleness and kindness, altering the family dynamics and granting each of them a new appreciation for life.
