Bobby Lupo, a Brooklyn cop, is brutally murdered in broad daylight in front of his family by drug kingpin Richie Madano. When Lupo's partner and friend since childhood Gino Felino, hears about the crime, he vows that he will track down the killer so that justice can be served. Felino scours the city looking for the elusive Madano, all the while learning more about the events and motives that lead to the killing of his friend. As the story unfolds and the tension rises, it becomes clear that Felino is struggling with dispensing the justice he believes Madano deserves and his responsibilities as a police officer. In the final showdown, Felino must decide between friendship and duty.
