Overview
Deebo, the resident bully in South Central Los Angeles, is in jail and out of Craig's life. Still trying to find his way through life, Craig finds the reprieve refreshing until news of Deebo's jail escape reaches him. Out of an abundance of caution, Craig moves out of Los Angeles and into Rancho Cucamonga where his uncle and cousin live. This quiet community isn't as simple as it seems. Craig's uncle, Elroy, and cousin, Day-Day, won the lottery, but taxes took most of the amount. Struggling for cash in a middle-class neighborhood, Day-Day and Craig find opportunity and trouble in dealing with their neighbors, the Jokers. As a Mexican drug cartel, the Jokers have plenty of money that Day-Day and Craig need to survive the suburban world.
