Overview
Raymond Avila is the new guy at the Internal Affairs Division of the Los Angeles Police Department. He and his partner, Amy Wallace, are assigned the case of officer Dennis Peck, who seems to have a lot of money for a cop and no discernible reason why he has it. Peck is obviously a corrupt cop who has used his position of power to make himself wealthy. Peck is also smart and when he finds out Avila is investigating him he tries to get Avila off the case.
