In this parody of Top Gun, pilot Topper Harvey is asked to return to the Navy for a special mission to destroy Saddam Hussien's nuclear power plants. Although he is mentally unbalanced and likely to crack under pressure, he takes the mission. He falls for a girl and must fight his mission partner for her affections. To make matters even more complicated, the owner of an aerospace company is trying to sabotage the mission so that the military will scrap their fighter planes, allowing him to make a fortune selling them his own aircraft. |
