Overview
Superdeep is a Russian horror film centered around a team of people investigating the deepest borehole in the world. Specifically set in 1984, Anna Fedorova is recruited as a notable epidemiologist after a number of people disappear from the research lab secretly associated with the site. Her job is to find information about and samples for a disease that was allegedly hidden by the lab's director before the incident occurred. What they don't realize there may have been a valid reason for keeping the pathogen a secret from the world at large.
