Overview
A man goes bankrupt, but then inherits his family's farm in South Africa. He decides to return to the farm to start a new life and make a living. His daughter befriends a farmhand who lives on the land. It turns out this farmhand is no ordinary human being. He is a shaman who has been cursed to 'collect souls' for all of eternity to atone for an evil past. A complicated plot unfolds involving eerie fantasy, mysticism and interfamily politics as man, wife and daughter encounter the bizarre and frightening world of the soul collector.
