Overview
A famous and successful classical piano master is returning to play once more after his wife's death and he finds himself unable to perform. The death of his wife has left him with stage fright and a fragile psyche; This anxiety and distress crescendo into a panic attack onstage and he flees outside after finishing a number, nearly destroying his reputation during a performance. After a failed request for an interview, music critic Helen Morrison rescues him during another anxiety attack and helps him through the performance. At her behest, Henry travels to the Swiss Alps to listen to another pianist and inspire himself to return to his once-great abilities.
