Overview
Just hours after Jesus Quintana manages to get released from prison, due to good behavior, he meets back up with his friend and partner-in-crime Petey and they steal an expensive classic car that was parked in front of an upscale hair salon, where a criminal-minded cosmetologist named Marie works as a shampoo girl. They take her on their joyride as they flee the scene to continue their spree of petty crimes while also pursuing romance. When the owner of the vintage car they stole from the salon catches up to them, he shoots and wounds Petey, but the two men, along with their sidekick Marie, still manage to get away.
