Overview
A year after the presidential elections and the annual event known as the Purge are both over, a group of lawless outsiders decide that the event should not have been discontinued, so they intend to break all the rules and move forward with their reign of terror. After a Mexican couple who are trying to escape from a gang of drug dealers become stranded on a ranch in Texas, the murderous cult has them at their mercy as they start to execute their own version of the Purge by turning against the couple so they can eliminate them, before moving on to their next victims.
