After she downs a bottle of aspirin with vodka, Susanna is admitted by a psychiatrist to a mental health facility. While there, she meets an interesting group of girls all dealing with various psychological conditions and other inner demons, ranging from eating disorders to self-injury. At first, Susanna doesn't want to get to know her fellow patients, but as she makes friends, she sees them for who they are, scars and all. She must decide whether to stay at Claymore or move on and reenter society.
