Overview
Candyman is a horror/thriller movie that is a sequel to the original movie of the same name. The antagonist returns to the Chicago neighborhood where he first wreaked havoc to the new gentrified area. In the sequel artist Anthony McCoy, who was kidnapped by Candyman as a youth, learns of the urban legend that he plans to use as inspiration for his art. As he becomes enveloped in the legend of Candyman, he finds himself being surrounded by mysterious murders that all seem to link to him as the prime suspect. This culminates into a final faceoff with Candyman.
