Overview
A railroad worker named Jing travels to a small country town in hopes to find his American dream. Instead, he finds himself living in a nightmare when a tragedy strikes too close to home. Jing teams up with a former cop in attempts to eliminate the corruption. After setting his sights on revenge, he finds that the town is run by a group of men that have declared themselves as the rule of law. He must now choose between honoring his family and fighting for justice against a marshal who will stop at nothing to keep control of his town.
