Overview
When a snowman inherits an old silk hat, it spurs a struggle between a mean, greedy magician and a group of children. The children bring the magical snowman to life and must help him stay safe. To make sure he doesn't melt in the spring, a little girl befriends the snowman and helps him travel to the north pole. Unbeknownst to the snowman and little girl, the magician wants to steal the hat and won't stop until he gets it.
