Overview
Enchanting, unapologetic, and strong-willed are the hallmarks of the ever-fascinating Billy Bloom. When stripped from his mother's custody and placed under the guidance of his sanctimonious father, Billy's life turns from free-spirited to drearily dull. It doesn't help that his new conservative high school is riddled with pious, hypercritical peers. Unperturbed by his self-righteous pupils, Billy remains steadfast to his maverick nature. Come homecoming, Billy intends to challenge and disregard his classmates' traditional beliefs with one bold action - taking home the title of homecoming queen.
