Overview
In North Carolina, a man unearths a devastating plot that has been designed to promote an invasion of the U.S. However, because he has no fixed address and tends to wander, the local sheriff locks him up and charges him with loitering. However, the plan soon becomes so obvious that even the sheriff can't ignore what is happening in front of his eyes. His small town may be ground zero for the greatest threat the country has ever faced and it's up to him and some unlikely partners to solve the problem before it gets out of hand.
