Overview
FBI agent Anthony Hubbard and his partner Frank Haddad are caught in the middle when New York City is plagued by several terrorist attacks. The terrorists are retaliating for the capture of Sheikh Ahmed bin Talai and demand his release. Troubles continue for Hubbard and Haddad when CIA agent Elise Kraft joins the investigation. The situation reaches chaos level as the President of the United States declares martial law in the city and forces are sent in. Citizens are up in arms when a number of Arab-Americans are detained at Yankee Stadium. Hubbard must deal with the terrorists, Devereaux, the hard-nosed leader of the occupying force, and Kraft, who holds a secret about the terrorist attacks.
