Overview
A dreamy, wordless fantasy about a man, shipwrecked on a tropical island, who encounters a strange red sea turtle that seems bent on preventing him from escaping. When the turtle transforms into a woman, she and the man begin an relationship. They even have a son who has a peculiar affinity with the sea turtles in the waters around the island. But when a disastrous tsunami strikes the island, the family must struggle to pull together and survive.
